Solution modernization: Identification of dated customizations and modifying them to meet up-to-date Salesforce and business requirements (e.g.: workflow to Process/Flow)

Classic to Lightning migration: Thorough screening of Client’s customizations & checklist to identify gaps prior to migration, then eliminate bottlenecks. Migration to Lightning and conducting training, babysitting

Training: Business and technical training customized for the client’s internal team

Our aim is to support our clients towards their test automation journey by designing, implementing and maintaining a custom, flexible test framework so they can reduce GTM (Go-to-market) time.

We are using the Robot Framework to automate:

Functional testing: We perform automated testing to verify the operation of a given business function, requirement, specification, which can be white or black box approach, but it is not uncommon to test use cases.

Re-testing: Retesting the errors found during testing is just as important as analyzing the impact of the fix. If the error is found by automated testing, the back-check is also faster.

Handover testing: By this we mean checking the different Entry and Exit criteria to decide if a particular development can move on to the next phase. Where possible, it may be worth automating this activity to help decision makers.

Regression testing: With regression tests, our goal is to ensure that business-critical functions and processes work independently of change. If the maintenance tasks are acceptable, it is advisable to support this type of test with automation.
